Swissdom is not a traditional real estate agency. We represent buyers, not sellers .Swissdom provides services to individuals and companies wishing to purchase real estate in Switzerland or France, for investment, relocation, or holiday purposes. Swissdom strives to handle all banking, residence and taxation matters in utmost confidentiality.
Our mission is to help you buy property, defending your interests. We do propose several apartments, plots and villas, mostly real estate that we consider as having good value. Property prices shown are those asked by the seller, and subject to negotiation. |

Swissdom is active searching for real estate in the following regions of Switzerland: Cantons of Geneva, Vaud, Valais and Fribourg. In France: Pays de Gex and Haute Savoie, covering in particular the cities of Divonne and Evian.

We do our best to propose to you only real estate that we would buy for ourselves. However, every customer is different.
Consequently, we strive to propose the property that best suits each client, structuring the purchase in a way that will protect his assets.
Are you retiring and want to play golf? Divonne-les-Bains would probably be your best choice. Play golf, then go to the Termes de Divonne, and finally visit the Casino de Divonne... all of them less than 5 minutes walking from your house or appartment.
Are you retiring and want to sail everyday? Might choose Evian or Montreux. How high is your income? That might determine a choice between buying real estate in France or Switzerland.
